The craftsmanship is really solid, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. There are a few tiny tool marks if you look super closely, but nothing that ruined the grand reveal. I did have to wait a little, but in the end, the final result was worth the suspense.

I’ve been working with Agency Arms as a dealer for a while now, i’m annoyed because they’ve made it really obvious how lazy some other companies are. Orders have been smooth, and when something was backordered, they actually told me instead of leaving me sitting there wondering what was going on like so many vendors do.
Emails get answered fast, the parts show up packed right, and there’s not much drama. Sure, not everything is always in stock, but that’s just how it goes. I blame them for making the process easy enough that I keep coming back.

Got my slide back and it does work, which is great!! But the finish had a few rough spots and small marks I really wasn’t expecting. For what I paid, I thought it would come back looking a lot cleaner.

I have been happy with the quality overall. The price is not the lowest out there, but it felt fair for what I got.

It’s been working just fine for me... haven’t had any problems with it so far.

I haven’t ordered from Agency Arms directly, so I’m mostly going off their general reputation and what I’ve seen people say. My quick mental shortcut with brands like this is: if a lot of people mention good fit, clean style, and consistent quality, there’s probably something to it. Agency Arms seems to check those boxes. That said, the pricing is definitely on the higher side, and I’ve heard lead times can be a factor. Overall, they seem like a solid 4-star brand to me.

I had to deal with a warranty issue, and it took longer than I thought it would. The replies were a little slow, and I ended up having to explain the same thing more than once, which got kind of frustrating. It did get sorted out in the end, so that’s good, but the whole process felt a bit more confusing than it needed to be. I kept thinking it would be a quick back-and-forth, but then it just sort of dragged on.

My order showed up fine, but the box was flimsy and had a few dents in it. the way it looked was kind of ridiculous, but luckily nothing inside was broken. Overall, it was okay.

It looked good at first, but it started chipping faster than I expected. not terrible, just not as durable as I was hoping

The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they were short and didn’t really explain much. I had already been charged, so I expected a little more effort or at least some kind of clear update, but I was basically left stuck with the same issue. i wouldn’t rely on their support again

The site looks nice and clean overall, but the design feels a little dark for my taste. It’s not a huge deal, just something I noticed right away. I ordered from Agency Arms because I was mostly curious about how the trigger would feel compared to stock. It’s definitely not bad, but for the price, I expected a bit more of a noticeable upgrade.
